True Make Money Online Business
Who do I contact regarding $30,000 bank mistake?
A popular online bank I do business with called me and said they deposited $30,000 into my money market account by mistake 4 months ago.
During the time of this mistake, I had been depositing and transferring several other CD’s that were due to otherr accounts and my money market. The online bank sent me records of my deposits that I can confirm. They still have not provided me verification of thier mistaken deposit. In the meantime, they have closed access to my online account that has about $20,000 in it.
Because I don’t trust this bank, I need to know of someone to contact who will make the bank show me verification of thier mistake.
I have know problem returning the deposit if in fact they made it. Do to the lack of information and several transactions made at once, I am unsure if what they say is true.
Can anyone tell me what recourse I can take to resolve this issue?

I currently work for a bank and have been for over 4 years. You would need to contact the person who informed you of the bank error. All banks have a program that allows them to see what kind of deposit was made into your account. i/e. deposit slip, direct deposit, ach debit etc. They do have the necessary equipment to provide you with any answers to the questions that you may have. Honestly, if they cannot provide you with this information, then they cannot touch your account. And your best bet would be to take all of your money out of that bank asap. Hope this helps.
