Make Money Online Real Estate
JOB CHANGE. I’m exploring new job possibilities, full/part time, that could bring in decent money. Any ideas?
Should I get a real-estate license? Baby-sitting agency? I have a degree, and also some start-up money for opening a business, but can’t make up my mind on the exact area of work.
I went to SCORE with a business idea, and they said it was great and unique, but that I would just break even by the end of each month..
I just thought of becoming an Eng/Span court interpreter, it pays (privately) $ 100 an hour, but the sample test I took online showed me that simultaneous interpretation ain’t easy..

Unfortunately I do not have an idea, as I find myself in the exact same situation. I can’t really quit my job because of commitments we already have; have thought of getting a part-time while my business ramps up (I am thinking of becoming an English-Spanish freelance translator, a work that I absolutely love to do) but that won’t get me any closer to the kind of monthly income that I need, at least not during the first year or so.
You do mention having some start-up money which is great. How about a franchise in an industry related to your other career interests? you would have the flexibility to provide other services while the franchise grows. Good luck with that, and hopefully you soon find a creative solution!
