What Legal trouble Can owning a web page with content about cheating online for prizes/money get me in?

I am thinking about starting a web site that is basically forums to discuss ways to make money online by finding exploits, or writing small bot programs to get the prizes. This would be against the Terms Of Service of the site we are trying to get prizes from. See CheatingNetwork.net for an example of the type of site I want to make. What, if any, legal trouble could I get in for owning this site?

I don’t see how information about how to cheat will get you into trouble even though it is questionable morally. I don’t visit sites that are questionable. Actually writing and deploying that kind of program would hopefully land the violator in prison.
